Custom orders are made specifically for you and are final sale.

3. DONATIONS (SPONSOR A SENSORY CUP)
Donations made through our website are voluntary contributions used to create and provide sensory cups for individuals in need.
Donations are non-refundable.
Donations do not guarantee a product will be shipped to the donor.
Custom donation amounts are accepted. If a “sold out” message appears, please disregard it — your donation will still be processed and added to your cart.
By donating, you acknowledge that funds will be used at the discretion of Aesthetics Hollow for materials, production, and distribution.

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and third-party providers.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product type.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or for lost/stolen packages once marked as delivered.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
