Orders are packed and shipped out every Friday (Rush option available, would be shipped on Tuesday)! You'll receive a tracking update once your order is on the way to you! For Press On orders the processing time is 7-15 business days depending on the design! For Resin Products the processing time is 5-7 business days, giving enough time for the epoxy to fully cure!

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our items, all sales are FINAL.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof. We'll make it right!! (If arrived damaged file a claim with USPS as well for reimbursement!)

Air Bubbles: Most cups require a small air bubble to allow the liquid to safely expand, preventing the cup from cracking. Air bubbles may become slightly larger during shipping, this is completely normal and does not affect the quality or function of your cup.

Therefore, replacements or refunds will not be issued due to the presence of an air bubble.
