Orders are packed and shipped out every Tuesday and Friday! If your cup was made Thursday or Friday, your package will be shipped the following Tuesday. You'll receive a tracking update once your order is on the way to you!

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our items, all sales are FINAL.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof. We'll make it right!! (If arrived damaged file a claim with USPS as well for reimbursement!)

Air Bubbles: Most cups require a small air bubble to allow the liquid to safely expand, preventing the cup from cracking. Air bubbles may become slightly larger during shipping, this is completely normal and does not affect the quality or function of your cup.

Therefore, replacements or refunds will not be issued due to the presence of an air bubble.
